Reports are thorough and detailed. They are computer generated and printed, with pictures, at the property's location. A hardbound copy in sheet protectors is then presented to you. Reports are also emailed to you and the real estate agents, if appropriate, as additional resources. Lee is always available to answer any questions that you may have.

Also available, upon request, is an "ARIZONA DISCLOSURE REPORT" (Re Arizona House Bill 2779) and a "NEIGHBORHOOD ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT"

Simple mold and radon lab tests can be performed.
